Cafe Molens Måltider
Stop by our newly opened café at the maritime educational institution SIMAC, by Svendborg Harbor.
At Cafe Molens Måltider, they wake up very early every day to prepare freshly made, varied, and delicious food for you. Everything there is, of course, made from scratch using quality ingredients, as much as possible organic and/or locally sourced.
Starting at 6:00 AM each morning, their ovens are fired up, and soon after, a sweet aroma fills the entire SIMAC. Their skilled pastry chef, Line, wakes up very early every day to bake fresh bread, pizza slices, sausage rolls, and sweet cakes for you. With her cheerful attitude and impressive skills, she delights lunchtime customers and café guests daily with her excellent pastries and sweet creations.
Starting at 11:15 AM, the lunch menu of the day is served from the buffet. The menu changes daily and offers a hot dish of the day, two types of salads, three types of cold cuts, and freshly baked bread. Food is priced and paid for by the gram. But you don’t have to wait until lunch – from early morning, they sell freshly baked rolls and freshly brewed coffee.
Everyone is warmly welcome at Molens Måltider, which is open Monday to Friday 07:30 AM - 02:00 PM.
It is not possible to reserve a table in the café, but please contact the café if you are a larger group wishing to dine there.
