Stop by our newly opened café at the maritime educational institution SIMAC, by Svendborg Harbor.
In the kitchen, which is housed in SIMAC's ground floor, you will find Cafe Molen's Meals. Here they get up very early every day to prepare freshly prepared, varied and tasty food for you. With them, everything is made from scratch with good ingredients, and to the greatest extent possible of organic and/or local origin.
Line's freshly baked goods
From six o clock every morning their ovens start and soon after a sweet scent spreads throughout SIMAC. Their skilled pastry chef, Line gets up every day, even earlier, to make freshly baked bread, pizza slices, sausage horns and sweet cakes for you. With her good humor and impressive abilities, she enriches lunch customers and the café's guests every day with her good baked goods and sweet creations.
New menu every day
From 11.15 the day's lunch menu is served from the buffet. The menu changes every day and offers the hot dish of the day, two types of salad, three types of cold cuts and freshly baked bread. The food is settled and paid for per 100 grams. But you don't have to wait for lunch because from early morning they sell freshly baked buns and freshly brewed coffee.
