Island tour on a proud, old sailing ship in the South Fyn Archipelago
Denmark’s Maritime Centre invites you to sail aboard the Meta
During the summer school holidays the sailing ship Meta sails around the beautiful South Fyn archipelago.
Experience what it was like to sail in the olden days. Meta is a well preserved two-masted schooner, over 100 years old. Help setting the sails or just lean back and enjoy the smells of saltwater, tar and rigging. During the tour the ship will berth on one of the small islands off south Fyn for around an hour.
Bring your swimming costume and picnic basket, drinks can be purchased on board. Dress to suit the weather.
No dogs allowed on the sailing trips.
