The Cheese Specialist is located in the charming cobblestone Korsgade in the heart of Svendborg.
At the address Korsgade 3, there used to be a small grocery store in the old days, colloquially known as Mel og Gryn (Flour and Grains).
Today, at the address Korsgade 3, you will find the Cheese Specialist, which was founded by Nina Andersen back in 1982. In 2003, Anne Lasthein took over the store. Anne originally trained as a wine merchant at H. J. Hansen Vin og Delikatesser in Odense. The store continues to operate in the same spirit today, placing great emphasis on good quality and close customer contact.
