In our restaurant the gourmet fare is inspired by southern French country cousine, yet still rooted in our Nordic origins. The food is created out of love for excellent produce, and the utmost care goes into every single dish.

 We believe in high quality food primarily based on organic ingredients from local producers and from our own island Vejrø when in season. Our chef and his dedicated team create honest cuisine with a menu that changes after seasons inspiration and produce.
