Stenstrup Church

Stenstrup was dedicated to St. Nicholas and once had altars for St. Laurentius and Virgin Mary. The nave is Roman and built of fieldstone and ashlars, but was extended westwards in the Gothic period. The church has two bells. The oldest is from 1503 and has an inscription reading “In the year of our Lord 1503. Jesus Mary Mr. Niels Parson.”
